IN THE TAPROOM!

Taproom Manager Jaime Casady always has something interesting going on in the Taproom!  It is a great place to hang with your friends, and enjoy our great food and beer!  Mondays are Open Mic night, and Jaime has some great musicians lined up for Saturday nights!  Come on in, kick back and enjoy yourself a little! And don't forget, the Taproom is family friendly - bring the kids in for lunch, we have a great Children's Menu and our own tasty root beer!

You can always find unique and special ales at the Brewery's Taproom, in addition to our regular line-up.  The Brewer's Choice allows Rande and Janelle to let their imaginations run wild.  The Guest Beers are ones WE like! Right now we're showcasing:

Brewer's Choice
  • Deep Creek Brown
    This rich, malty brown ale has a hint of chocolate in the flavor and a satisfying hop balance in the finish. Brewed with Pale, Crystal, Chocolate and Dark Munich malts, hopped with Columbus and Goldings, and fermented with our house ale yeast, this beer is full of flavor without being heavy or too sweet. From the malty aroma to the last creamy sip, this is a beer to savor.

    O.G. = 1.057                          ABV ~ 5.3                     IBU ~ 36

  • We are still pouring Avalanche for those of you who just can't get enough of this luscious beer!

CURRENT SEASONAL

SUMMER BEER: This beer is crisp, clean, hoppy and refreshing. Summer Beer is a pre-prohibition Pilsner fermented with our ale yeast to impart more character to the beer compared to lager yeast. A small amount of flaked maize and lots of Czech Saaz hops give this beer a spicy herbal aroma and a dry finish. Great with meals or with our (theoretically) warm summer weather.

5.6 % ABV, IBUs ~ 28

For more information about Summer Beer or any beers, or to find out how to get them, please call David Seigel, our ambassador of great flavor at 425-943-0221 or at snoqualmiesales@centurytel.net!

HELP GET OUR BEERS ON TAP AT YOUR FAVORITE WATERING HOLE!

It seems like a lot of places play it "safe" with the average beers from the big boys!  Want better beer? You CAN influence the beer selection - ASK FOR OUR BEERS BY NAME!  Tell the manager we are distributed by Columbia Distributing in Western Washington.  Then call our sales rep, David Seigel, at (425) 943-0221 to make a sales call!  If you're located in Central Washington your "go to" guys are at Lynch Distributing in Yakima. In Eastern Washington you'll want to get in touch with Gary or Marlene at Great Micros in Spokane. In Oregon, get in touch with Scott at Point Blank Distributing.

Keep those cards and letters coming, LOVE to hear from you!
