Wildcat IPA

Wildcat IPA is a single-hopped IPA with Columbus hops. A generous amount of Munich Malt gives it balance, body, and a great overall mouth-feel. Copper color, full body but light and well balanced. Big bitter hop profile is smoothed out by the rich malt flavors. Still has a nice hoppy finish. Pairs well with steak, hamburgers, and rich foods.
