| Wildcat IPA.
We
use enough premium barley (Two-row Pale, Munich, Aromatic, Carapils and
Crystal) malts in Wildcat IPA to create a malt base that stands up to
75 IBUs of alpha acid bitterness. Three additions of 100% Columbus hops
give this beer the aroma and flavor IPA lovers enjoy. Original Gravity - 1.062 ¤ International Bitter Units - 75 ¤ Alcohol by volume - 6.6% |
Copperhead Pale Ale. We use light Crystal malt with Two-row Pale, Munich and Aromatic malts to give Copperhead Pale Ale a slightly toasty flavor and deep gold color. Cascade hops add just the right amoutn of aroma and dryness for a clean, bright ale that pairs well with most foods. Steam Train Porter. Steam Train is named for the historic treains that line Snoqualmie's main street. This robust dark ale is brewed with Chocolate, Brown and Crystal malts that give it chocolate and raosted coffe flavors. PGA Amber. PGA is a marvelous session beer with just the right amount of Two-row Pale, Munich, Crystal and Aromatic malts. Finishing with a touch of sweetness, this ale is perfect for the 19th hole, while watching the game, or just relaxing with friends. Haystack Hefeweizen. Haystack Hefeweizen is a German-inspired wheat beer crafted from 60% malted wheat, Two-row Pale and Vienna malts, and finished with noble German hops. We ferment this with our American ale yeast for a spicy, citrus aroma and clean, mellow flavor with yeast overtones. Please gently re-suspend yeast prior to serving.
