Belgian Style Grand Cru Ale. Spring
Fever Grand Cru is our Belgina style beer crafted from Two-row Pale,
Munich, Crystal and Belgian Aromatic malts paired with distinctive
Columbus and Saaz hops. We add fresh crushed coriander then
ferment with an authrentic Belgian yeast strain to get a beautiful beer
with tropical aromas reminiscent of curshed pineapple and banana. Original Gravity - 1.070 ¤ International Bitter Units - 32 ¤ Alcohol by volume - 7.0% |
Summer Beer. Summer Beer is a Pre-Prohibition Pilsner brewed alt style. We start with a pilsner recipe, add some flaked maize for fun, use a lot of Saaz hops for their spicy slavor, then ferment it with our house ale yeast for a clean, dry beer with refreshing finish. Alt-style refers to the use of an ale yeast instead of a lager yeast. Original Gravity - 1.052 ¤ International Bitter Units - 28 ¤ Alcohol by volume - 5.6% |
Harvest Moon German Style Festbier. We use highly kilned Munich, Two-row Pale and light Crystal malts to create Harvest Moon Festbier, a fire-orange beer flavored with German noble hops. Enjoy the rich color and exceptionally clean, satisfying taste of this seaonal ale with your favorite fall foods. Avalanche Winter Ale. Avalanche Winter Ale is a heavy hitter designed to take the chill off the sotrmy Northwest sinter weather. We start with Two-row Pale, Munich and Aromatic malts, plus Special B for its unique color and flavor, then add distinctive Northwest hops. The result is a deepred, complex and hoppy ale.
