Jaime’s Passion.
This is the second version of this brew that is named to
honor our wonderful Taproom manager. We start with Two-Row, Vienna and
Wheat malts, hop the boil lightly with Columbus and Spalt hops, then
aed our house ale yeast. After fermentation, passion fruit puree is
added and the flavors are allowed to blend for a few days. The result
is a beer with a delicate fruit aroma and a fruity flavor ending in a
mildly hoppy finish!
ABV ~ 4.3%
The next brewer's choice will be a dry-hopped IPA!
