Steam Train Porter. Named for the historic trains that line Snoqualmie's main street, this lip-smacking dark ale is mellow and malty.  The aroma is reminiscent of bittersweet dark chocolate and the caramel and roast malt flavors are exceptionally smooth. Medium bodied, with a slightly sweet edge but a dry finish, Steam Train Porter is easy to drink, easy to like!

PGA (Perfectly Great Amber). This beer has NOTHING to do with golf! We originally formulated it for the Snoqualmie Tournament Players Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, but discovered it was such a great tasting, easy-to-have-more-than-one type beer that we decided to go a little wider! A smooth and malty brew, even people who don't think they like craft beer will like this one!

Spring Fever.  Orange hues, rich malt flavors, spicy coriander overtones, almost tropical aromas reminiscent of crushed pineapple and banana, this is one beautiful beer for fans of Belgian styles!  Spring Fever is crafted from the finest English Pale Ale, Munich, Carastan and Belgian Aromatic malts, Columbus and Czech Saaz hops, spiced with coriander, and fermented with authentic Belgian ale yeast.  Don’t let your customers miss out on this special treat for Spring!

Summer Beer. Summer Beer is a Pre-Prohibition Pils, brewed alt style. This beer is crisp, clean, refreshing and hoppy, Inspired by the long-forgotten beverage of our great-grandparents, our "twist" is that we ferment this beer with our exceptionally clean ale yeast at much lower than normal temperatures, which imparts a somewhat different character compared to lager yeast. In the Pre-Pro style, we use a small proportion of maize (corn). The noble (and expensive) Czech Saaz hop variety is used through-out, and gives this beer a spciy herbal character and dryish finish. This new rendition of an old classic will add a unique contrast to any line-up!!

Harvest Moon Festbier. Reddish-orange color, reminiscent of a turning leaf, mellow malt aromas and flavors, soft and medium bodied, Brewmaster Rande Reed has created this German-style Festbier to ease the way from lazy summer days into the more bracing days of autumn!

Highly kilned Munich malt, German Tettnanger hops, cold fermentation, and long, cold aging yield unrivalled smoothness and flavors not found in ordinary beers. Exceptionally clean and satisfying, Harvest Moon is a perfect complement for sauerkraut and wurst or wild boar - or enjoy a stein all by itself!

Avalanche Winter Ale. Avalanche Winter Ale is a northwest-styled winter ale designed to take the chill off the stormy Northwest winter weather!  Deep ruby red when held to the light, full bodied complex malt flavors dominate, with perfect balance provided by distinctive Yakima Chinook and Cascade hops.

Big, rich, smooth and satisfying yet drinkable enough to enjoy more than just one, this winter ale is a Northwest classic!
